Community Involvement Opportunities

We understand that there is more to your professional life than your job with Great West. Opportunities to impact the organization and community beyond your day-to-day duties are available through participation in committees and volunteer opportunities.

Matching Gift Fund
Employee gifts to an eligible 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization will be matched up to $1,000 per year, per eligible organization.
Paid Volunteer Time
Employees may take up to one-half day of paid time off each year to apply to an eligible volunteer opportunity.
Committees
Employees are offered the opportunity to be involved on a variety of committees: Fun Committee, United Way planning, and more.
